How do I pay with Apple Pay?

In order to pay with Apple Pay, you must have your Apple Wallet set up with a payment method.

Once you have your Apple Wallet set up, the Apple Pay option will appear at checkout in the Wish app. You can then select the Apple Pay option to place your order.

How do I pay with Boleto?

To pay for your order with a Boleto, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your shopping cart.
  2. Tap Pay with.
  3. Select Boleto as your payment method.
  4. Your Boleto will be sent to the email address linked to your Wish account. (Please verify that the email listed in your account settings is correct). Alternatively, you can find your Boleto on your Order Details page.
  5. Pay by printing your Boleto and taking it to a service provider.
  6. Or, you can pay your Boleto by entering your Boleto information into your mobile banking app.
  7. Please pay your Boleto within 3 days. We will process your payment within 5-7 business days.

How do I pay with Google Wallet/Android Play?

Google Wallet has recently been replaced by Android Pay. This payment option is only available for users in select countries. If you don't see Android Pay as an option, you'll need to select a different payment method to place an order.

How do I pay with Klarna?

Payment by Klarna is only available for users in the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • United Kingdom
  • Sweden
  • Finland
  • Norway

We’re always working to launch Klarna to other regions. In the meantime, if you're located outside of these countries or find Klarna isn’t available for you, please use a different payment method at checkout.

To change the currency on your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. From a non-mobile device, open a web browser and go to www.wish.com. 
  2. Log into your Wish account.
  3. Hover over your profile name and click Settings.
  4. Click Account Settings.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Currency section.
  6. Click on the drop-down menu to select your desired currency.

How do I change my credit card or payment information?

You can update your payment method through the Settings menu or your cart, depending on the device you're using.

Follow the steps below for your device type.

iOS

  1. Open the app menu and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Manage Payments.
  3. To delete a payment option, tap Delete on the card you wish to remove, and then tap Delete Payment.
  4. To add a payment option, tap Add New Payment.
  5. Re-enter your credit card information​.
  6. Complete the billing address form, and then tap Add New Payment Method.

Android

  1. Open the app menu and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Manage Payments.
  3. To delete a payment option, tap Delete on the card you wish to remove, and then tap Delete Payment.

Wish can display prices in most world currencies. 

However, we’re only able to process payments in select currencies at this time. This means that your order may not necessarily be processed in the same currency that’s displayed on your account.

Don’t worry. You’ll still be able to shop on Wish! Most banks are able to process international payments; however, some banks may choose to charge a small processing fee. Please check with your bank for more information on their policies regarding foreign transactions.

Why was I charged for a currency conversion?

While we're able to collect payments in most global currencies, it's possible your local currency isn't currently supported. 

In these situations, your financial institution may charge additional fees for the currency conversion process. We recommend contacting your bank to fully understand any additional fees or charges in these cases.

Why did the price change when I added the item to my cart?

Once an item has been added to your cart, the price could change for a number of reasons:

  • The size, color or variation you selected is priced differently. In some cases, the price of the item may vary depending on your choice of size, color or variation.
  • The same item is being sold by multiple stores. Stores set their own prices for each item, so it's possible for different stores to sell the same product at different prices.
  • The store changed the price of the item. Stores have the ability to edit their item prices at any time, so it’s possible that the store changed the item’s price between the time you first added it to your cart and when you checked out.
  • The item was discounted for a limited time. Some items may be on sale or part of a limited-time promotion. It's possible that the discount may have expired by the time you were ready to check out.

Why did the price of shipping change when I added the item to my cart?

When you add an item to your cart the price and shipping shouldn’t change, but there are some rare exceptions:

  1. Updated shipping address information
  • Shipping prices will vary depending on where you ship an item, so sometimes we’ll need to update the shipping price once we have updated shipping information.
  • Some governments also have taxes. We do our best to include taxes up front, but this might change prices and shipping once the shipping address is updated.
  1. Changing market conditions over time
  • Prices and shipping can change due to market conditions changing throughout the day.  If you’ve been looking at an item for a while or it’s been sitting in your cart for an extended period of time, the price and shipping may increase or decrease.
  • Merchants may update their costs, which will change the price and shipping for an item based on supply and demand.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 8 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please go to your Order History and click Customer Support for the order you need assistance with. From a non-mobile device, you can visit this link to see to your Order History.

Our Wish Assistant will help you cancel your order, and no charges will occur.

Can I cancel an order that I made by mistake?

If you ordered something by mistake, you can cancel the order within 8 hours of placing it.

To cancel an order, please go to your Order History and click Customer Support for the order you need assistance with, and our Wish Assistant will help you cancel it. After clicking this option, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Please keep in mind that if the order was placed over 8 hours prior or has already shipped, you won't be able to cancel it. If you encounter any issues once you receive your order, please contact Customer Support and we'll be happy to help.

How can I change the shipping information for an order I just made?

You can change your address within the first 8 hours of placing your order by going to directly to the Order Details page and selecting Change Address.

Once your order has shipped, you won't be able to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to your new address.

How will I get refunded when I cancel an item?

Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account.

If you received the refund to your original payment method, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.

If you selected to receive your refund as Wish Cash, the credit is immediately available on your Wish account and will be automatically applied toward your next purchase.

Why was my order cancelled?

We're sorry for this inconvenience. It's possible that the store ran out of stock  of the item you purchased. As a result, we cancelled your order and issued you a refund.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of
payment.

We don’t currently offer an option to hide your profile photo and/or name from your product reviews. However, you’re welcome to change your profile name and/or photo through your Account Settings.

Can I delete my rating or review?
